Tom Yeates JUNGLE ACTION shots

I was doing my thing...looking up art on the web to share on the blogs and came across these Yeates drawings....now...heres the thing the thing is this...this is the thing, The thing is this...
I have always loved Tom Yeates...ever since his back up features in DC comics WARLORD comic book. CLAW and DRAGONSWORD were my favorite and always thought to myself...he would be perfect for an entire series on either one of these characters. Recently I found a JOHN CARTER book with dozens of illustrations by the man....I was astounded by the beauty of the work. Not that I was surprised because Tom is awesome. Anyway...enjoy the art.

He's also done a serialized Tarzan story for recent issues of Dark Horse Presents. Thanks for sharing this, Mike!

You might want to look at a recent post on the 1970s version of Shanna. This was a one-shot Shanna story in the long-defunct "Rampaging Hulk" tabloid. Excellent artwork, kinky story. The artwork can be viewed at http://diversionsofthegroovykind.blogspot.com/2012/05/black-and-white-wednesday-wrath-of-raga.html.
